Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering D365/CRM projects.
- 1+ years of experience leading projects.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft D365.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps).
- Experience with CRM migrations or upgrades.
- Ability to write simple data queries and/or low-code routines.
- Two or more Microsoft D365 certifications.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to foster trust and partnership.
- Consult client stakeholders on functional approaches and best practices.
- Lead functional requirements elicitation, design, and scoping.
- Decompose requirements into tasks and estimate effort.
- Delegate technical tasks for small-scale projects.
- Identify problems and proactively manage solutions.
- Monitor other consultants to help eliminate impediments.
- Identify additional opportunities within existing client accounts.
