Requirements

  • 3+ years in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination (DTC or 3PL experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer service queue experience with a professional tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks (container issues, CS escalations) simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with help desk platforms (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk, Commslayer, Re:amaze).
  • Expertise in spreadsheet management.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on documentation.
  • Self-directed and reliable in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow across US, Canadian, and UK 3PLs and resolve shipping exceptions.
  • Liaise with 3PL partners regarding damaged units, fulfillment errors, and returns.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, track containers, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pull operational reports such as shipping SLAs and return rates to identify anomalies.
  • Work customer service tickets (WISMO, refunds, replacements) in Commslayer.
  • Execute returns reduction strategies by providing solutions instead of refunds.
  • Reconcile credit notes and manage sales order invoicing.
  • Improve automation, macros, and AI agent training within customer service systems.
