Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of managing internal systems, GTM systems, or revenue technology portfolios.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, SDR workflows, and account-based motions.
- Deep functional understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into product direction and acceptance criteria.
- Analytical and experimental mindset for data-driven prioritization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ABX workflows and personalized digital experiences.
- Experience with agentic workflows or AI-assisted business process automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap for AI-driven pipeline generation.
- Partner with Marketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
- Drive roadmap investments for AI-assisted account scoring, context, and personalization.
- Own product strategy for data workflows including lead-to-account matching, routing, and normalization.
- Improve measurement of campaign impact and engagement signals.
- Evaluate and operationalize external tools for pipeline generation and orchestration.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and move initiatives forward.
- Define KPIs and experiment frameworks to assess pipeline quality and conversion.
- Ensure responsible AI adoption in GTM systems with focus on governance and operational readiness.
