Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
- 6+ years of experience designing and building scalable systems across web, mobile, or backend.
- Experience using AI-enhanced development tools in day-to-day workflows.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture, networking, observability, and deployment strategies.
- Solid understanding of event-driven systems, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of application and infrastructure security (OWASP, DAST, SCA, SAST).
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable platform services, web and mobile applications, and AI-powered workflows.
- Leverage AI-accelerated developer tooling for code generation, testing, and pipeline automation.
- Participate in greenfield architectural decisions and technology selection.
- Apply strong security practices including secure coding and integration of DAST, SCA, and SAST tooling.
- Partner with product teams to refine MVP scope and measure ROI.
- Improve SDLC processes including testing, PR quality, CI/CD, and performance.
- Participate in the recruiting process for engineering talent.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
