Requirements

- Healthcare industry experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in project management tools, documentation, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution to deliver strategic, operational, and technical initiatives on time and within scope
- Define business requirements and develop clear project plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership regarding status, risks, and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardize workflows
- Support new business initiatives, product launches, and process enhancements
