Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers, specifically providers or health systems.
- Demonstrated ability to own demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
- Full-funnel marketing experience across content, email, paid, events, and PR.
- Ability to work US-overlap hours in the evening IST.
- Fluency with marketing metrics like CAC, ROI, and funnel conversion.
- Strong writing skills with a requirement to submit a writing sample.
- AI-fluency in using AI tools for content and strategy.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of top-of-funnel demand generation.
- Develop distinct messaging and positioning for clinical buyers.
- Produce a full suite of GTM collateral including pitch decks and case studies.
- Create and manage the editorial and content calendar.
- Build external narrative and manage PR/media relations.
- Manage booth strategy and field marketing for conferences.
- Own post-acquisition engagement and community health.
- Track and report ROI, conversion, and performance metrics.
- Manage and grow the marketing team.
