Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate performance and drive optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing databases and contact segmentation.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing, and attribution.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and launch creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot.
  • Support list building, segmentation, and audience management.
  • Own campaign set-up tasks including tagging, scheduling, and asset linking.
  • Troubleshoot issues with CRM Managers and Channel Operations.
  • Maintain marketing automation and CRM integrations.
  • Manage website and campaign updates.
  • Compile performance data from CRM and analytics tools like Looker.
  • Maintain HubSpot contact data hygiene.
  • Document processes and campaign setups.
  • Collaborate with Creator Success, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams.
