Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate performance and drive optimization.
- Experience managing marketing databases and contact segmentation.
- Knowledge of lead generation, lead nurturing, and attribution.
- Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot.
- Support list building, segmentation, and audience management.
- Own campaign set-up tasks including tagging, scheduling, and asset linking.
- Troubleshoot issues with CRM Managers and Channel Operations.
- Maintain marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Manage website and campaign updates.
- Compile performance data from CRM and analytics tools like Looker.
- Maintain HubSpot contact data hygiene.
- Document processes and campaign setups.
- Collaborate with Creator Success, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams.
