Requirements
- Professional services firm experience at manager level or more senior
- Tech and/or PE specific industry focus
- Expertise in contemporary technology stacks, development methodologies, and enterprise IT solutions
- Deep experience leading enterprise systems initiatives end-to-end
- Proven experience leading large, multi-workstream programs
- Skilled in managing third-party system implementers and vendors
- Demonstrated experience leading process design and optimization
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, HCM)
Responsibilities
- Manage client-facing project teams to deliver projects that meet their objectives on time and on budget
- Drive and participate in company-wide strategy and vision discussions
- Cultivate and build client relationships with top-tier accounts
- Drive specific practice areas and set roadmaps/plans
- Scope engagements and develop proposals
- Interview, onboard, train and mentor practitioners
- Accountable for internal budgeting, scheduling and resource utilization
- Review and elevate client deliverables to ensure clarity, rigor, and executive-level polish
