Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
- Experience using Zendesk is preferred.
- High level of Portuguese (oral & written).
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented and reliable approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes.
- Ability to be decisive and organized.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Manage incoming calls and chats.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers beyond standard requirements.
- Perform parallel tasks for the Department of Operations.
