  • Experience with Zendesk preferred.
  • High Italian level (oral & written).
  • Fluent in Spanish or English.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented and reliable.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Decisive and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, or social media.
  • Solve daily customer incidents.
  • Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure follow-up.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
