Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions.
- Experience with Zendesk preferred.
- High Italian level (oral & written).
- Fluent in Spanish or English.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented and reliable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Decisive and organized.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone, email, or social media.
- Solve daily customer incidents.
- Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure follow-up.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
