Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
- High level of English (oral & written).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented and reliable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Decisive and organized.
- Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, e-mail, and social media.
- Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform parallel tasks for the Department of Operations.
