Requirements

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
  • High level of English (oral & written).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented and reliable.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes.
  • Decisive and organized.
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, e-mail, and social media.
  • Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform parallel tasks for the Department of Operations.
