Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify experience managing a live store.
- Proven organizational ability to track work and meet deadlines.
- Confidence with data, building dashboards, and maintaining trackers.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams across different markets.
- AI-literate and familiar with automation tools.
- Experience in wholesale or retail account management is desirable.
- Experience with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, or similar is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the Shopify catalogue end to end (uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tagging, collections).
- Maintain the retailer outreach tracker across all regions.
- Produce weekly ecommerce reports autonomously.
- Coordinate new market and product launch asset production.
- Draft and send trade communications to retail partners.
- Build and maintain ecommerce dashboards.
- Flag risks and performance anomalies proactively.
