Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling a multi-marketplace Seller Central account.
- Deep understanding of Amazon PPC architecture and TACoS optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring at least one direct report.
- Strong commercial judgment for pricing, spend, and launch decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights clearly.
- Solid understanding of Buy Box mechanics and premium brand integrity.
- Ambition to achieve >100% year-on-year growth.
- Experience in premium, lifestyle, or accessories categories (desirable).
- Familiarity with EU compliance, VAT, and cross-border logistics (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon CM3 P&L across all active global marketplaces.
- Define long-term Amazon channel strategy for the brand.
- Oversee daily account management, listing health, and policy compliance.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Execute end-to-end launch strategy for new products.
- Lead and develop the Amazon team, including hiring specialists.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
- Report key metrics (sales, rank, TACoS, conversion) to the CEO.
