Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a multi-marketplace Seller Central account.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon PPC architecture and TACoS optimization.
  • Experience managing and mentoring at least one direct report.
  • Strong commercial judgment for pricing, spend, and launch decisions.
  • Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights clearly.
  • Solid understanding of Buy Box mechanics and premium brand integrity.
  • Ambition to achieve >100% year-on-year growth.
  • Experience in premium, lifestyle, or accessories categories (desirable).
  • Familiarity with EU compliance, VAT, and cross-border logistics (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon CM3 P&L across all active global marketplaces.
  • Define long-term Amazon channel strategy for the brand.
  • Oversee daily account management, listing health, and policy compliance.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
  • Execute end-to-end launch strategy for new products.
  • Lead and develop the Amazon team, including hiring specialists.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
  • Report key metrics (sales, rank, TACoS, conversion) to the CEO.
