  • Experience in motivating, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong communication and feedback skills.
  • Familiarity with sales operations and tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast updates.
  • Monitor Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards for activity levels.
  • Advise on and assist in closing new business deals.
  • Collaborate with Enablement on sales process and product knowledge growth.
  • Perform call reviews and team coaching.
  • Provide feedback to Operations and Product teams.
  • Drive conversion rate improvements and reduce sales cycle length.
  • Manage team performance and conduct reviews.
  • Interview, hire, and train new Account Executives.
