- Proven success as an Account Executive or in a sales closing role.
- Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment.
- Experience in motivating, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong communication and feedback skills.
- Familiarity with sales operations and tools like Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast updates.
- Monitor Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards for activity levels.
- Advise on and assist in closing new business deals.
- Collaborate with Enablement on sales process and product knowledge growth.
- Perform call reviews and team coaching.
- Provide feedback to Operations and Product teams.
- Drive conversion rate improvements and reduce sales cycle length.
- Manage team performance and conduct reviews.
- Interview, hire, and train new Account Executives.
