- Consistent results in quota attainment.
- Experience in motivating, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong ability to provide feedback and improve processes.
- Excellent knowledge of competitive landscape.
- Strong communication and cultural leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly pipeline reviews and update forecasting.
- Monitor SFDC reports and dashboards for activity levels.
- Advise on or assist with specific deals to help AEs close new business.
- Collaborate with VP of Client Acquisition on tools and resources.
- Work with Enablement to improve sales process and product knowledge.
- Conduct call reviews and team coaching.
- Provide feedback to Operations and Product teams.
- Focus on increasing conversion rates for ideal client profiles.
- Manage performance reviews.
- Interview, hire, and train new AEs/SSAEs.
