  • Consistent results in quota attainment.
  • Experience in motivating, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong ability to provide feedback and improve processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of competitive landscape.
  • Strong communication and cultural leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly pipeline reviews and update forecasting.
  • Monitor SFDC reports and dashboards for activity levels.
  • Advise on or assist with specific deals to help AEs close new business.
  • Collaborate with VP of Client Acquisition on tools and resources.
  • Work with Enablement to improve sales process and product knowledge.
  • Conduct call reviews and team coaching.
  • Provide feedback to Operations and Product teams.
  • Focus on increasing conversion rates for ideal client profiles.
  • Manage performance reviews.
  • Interview, hire, and train new AEs/SSAEs.
