Requirements
- 15-plus years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations at the enterprise risk level
- Deep knowledge of SOP design and rollout, motor carrier vetting, risk management, and contractual liability
- Track record of building process frameworks and risk structures
- Comfort working directly with clients and executives
- Ability to manage many clients simultaneously
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Full professional English
- Ability to travel 15 to 20 percent
Responsibilities
- Lead the Risk Intelligence function from the ground up
- Design repeatable processes, SOP audit frameworks, and an enterprise risk management (ERM) approach
- Conduct client reviews and operational assessments
- Audit motor carrier vetting and onboarding processes
- Provide clear, practical recommendations to tighten client safety and compliance
- Partner with underwriting to sharpen risk selection and with claims to spot loss trends
