Requirements
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related.
- 10+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or high-technology sectors.
- Track record of structuring complex agreements and joint ventures.
- Deep understanding of European and NATO-aligned defence-industrial landscape.
- Experience with hypersonic, missile defence, or dual-use technology.
- Familiarity with export control regimes (ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use regulations).
- Fluency in at least two European languages (English required; German, French, or Spanish preferred).
Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute global partnership strategy.
- Manage system integration and capability partnerships.
- Manage industrial partnerships to enable scalable production.
- Support commercial negotiation of joint ventures.
- Analyze market trends and procurement frameworks.
- Build and maintain B2B relationships with defense primes.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
