- Expertise on the digital landscape and how content travels across platforms
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and industry research
- Deep familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Google Slides
- Fluent in Notion for documentation and project tracking
- Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms
- Must be based in the continental United States
Responsibilities
- Own the development of client-facing proposals and pitch materials
- Tailor proposals for different types of clients (e.g., political, climate, reproductive rights)
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships
- Conduct robust research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the future of digital media
- Prioritize innovation and revisit strategy for continuous improvement
- Support client relationships and contribute strategic thinking to partnership development
- Partner with the Partnerships Associate to ensure operational systems and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless campaign execution
