Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or loyalty industry.
  • Strong understanding of general marketing principles.
  • Experience with promotional and CRM strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Project management and planning skills.
  • Technical acumen for martech ecosystems.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, or SharePoint.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for daily client management.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage 90-day planning cadence, check-ins, and EBRs.
  • Develop and operationalize strategic and technical account roadmaps.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on program strategies and delivery.
  • Optimize loyalty program initiatives including bonus offer planning.
  • Manage program configuration changes and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate project estimates, timelines, and status tracking.
  • Manage administrative tasks including time tracking and billing.
