Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or loyalty industry.
- Strong understanding of general marketing principles.
- Experience with promotional and CRM strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Technical acumen for martech ecosystems.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, or SharePoint.
- SaaS experience preferred.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for daily client management.
- Deliver cross-functional insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage 90-day planning cadence, check-ins, and EBRs.
- Develop and operationalize strategic and technical account roadmaps.
- Guide cross-functional teams on program strategies and delivery.
- Optimize loyalty program initiatives including bonus offer planning.
- Manage program configuration changes and issue resolution.
- Coordinate project estimates, timelines, and status tracking.
- Manage administrative tasks including time tracking and billing.
