Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH).
- Ability to organize and analyze large, complex datasets.
- Experience identifying patterns in internal and external data to inform strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage future forecasting using historical trends, pricing, promotional activity, inventory, and seeding.
- Work cross-functionally with Category Management, Strategy Planning, and Operations teams.
- Partner with the Product team to define needs for the Merchandising team and drive process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and track metrics like on-time delivery and fill rate.
- Lead initiatives by setting direction and leveraging cross-functional knowledge.
