Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, or related functions.
- 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
- 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- 3–4 years of experience supporting program execution, project management, or technical operational initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support network hardware planning activities with a focus on demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management.
- Generate, analyze, and communicate weekly demand, supply, and supportability insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of source systems and connected datasets.
- Develop and standardize reporting processes, methodologies, and metrics.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Utilize SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve internal planning tools and workflows.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders.
