  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
