Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SaaS software technical areas.
- Fundamental knowledge of SaaS delivery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and Python.
- Strong working knowledge of the Community FI space, including technical and business challenges.
- Understanding of UX design principles and UI flow interaction.
- Proven record of presenting strategic benefits to executives and practical use cases to implementation teams.
- Ability to bridge technical and business need gaps between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical writing skills to distill complex information into value propositions.
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Tyfone’s products and how each component solves customer pain points.
- Maintain working knowledge of capabilities, roadmaps, and release schedules.
- Perform live and recorded virtual and in-person demonstrations including technical deep dives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to create external-facing content.
- Own the response process for RFPs.
- Translate technical acumen into client use cases and functional examples.
- Collaborate with the R&D team located in India as needed.
- Travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
