Responsibilities
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone and other contact methods
- Follow communication scripts and department greetings
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance and pre-register patients in the EHR system
- Screen patients for financial support and alternate funding sources
- Advise patients of service estimates
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance and quality metrics
