Responsibilities

  • Field and resolve inquiries via phone and other contact methods
  • Follow communication scripts and department greetings
  • Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Verify patient insurance and pre-register patients in the EHR system
  • Screen patients for financial support and alternate funding sources
  • Advise patients of service estimates
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance and quality metrics
