Requirements

  • GED or HiSET education.
  • 2 years experience in a physician office or customer service setting.
  • Proficiency with CIS, Centricity Business, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, E-Care, SMS, and 3M.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English (and Spanish, as needed).
  • Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn new processes and software efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to physician and community provider needs to ensure timely access to care.
  • Manage appointment requests via telephone, fax, and online portals professionally.
  • Engage with patients to support appropriate appointment scheduling.
  • Assign correct clinic appointment types and durations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient information using clinical/administrative software.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to build positive relationships.
  • Meet departmental QA, customer service, and productivity standards.
