Requirements
- GED or HiSET education.
- 2 years experience in a physician office or customer service setting.
- Proficiency with CIS, Centricity Business, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, E-Care, SMS, and 3M.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English (and Spanish, as needed).
- Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn new processes and software efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to physician and community provider needs to ensure timely access to care.
- Manage appointment requests via telephone, fax, and online portals professionally.
- Engage with patients to support appropriate appointment scheduling.
- Assign correct clinic appointment types and durations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient information using clinical/administrative software.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to build positive relationships.
- Meet departmental QA, customer service, and productivity standards.
