Experience: At least 2 years

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (or equivalent)
Master of Science in Nursing degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (or equivalent)
Board Certification
Active license to practice in New York
Maintain all state requirements and continuing education requirements
At least 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric medication management
Experience with clinical assessments, differential diagnosis, and treatment plans
Experience with clinical risk management, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning
Experience with validated clinical tools
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Comfortable using technology

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis
Provide psychiatric medication management
Build therapeutic alliance with patients
Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team
Manage a caseload of patients for 8 to 12 weeks
Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning
Utilize validated clinical tools to aid in differential diagnosis
Work across our multidisciplinary clinical team
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Maintain appropriate documentation of all patient-related care
