Experience: 3 years

Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in New Jersey.
Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
Proficiency in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
Proficiency using electronic medical records (EMR).
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
Collaborate within an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
