Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Practice in a 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care setting.
- Maintain clinical records using electronic medical records systems.
- Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside psychiatrists and therapists.
- Manage standard session lengths including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
