Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Public Safety Application deployment, integration, operations, or administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, or Jail Applications.
- Proven experience in design and implementation of complex systems with 3rd party integrations.
- Knowledge of VMWare and OpenShift server virtualization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Networking (TCP/IP Protocols).
- Familiarity with Next Generation Public Safety trends and standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical leadership for project implementation.
- Define and understand technical requirements and architecture.
- Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors for solution integration.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in partnership with project managers.
- Manage project change control regarding technical solutions.
- Drive process improvement and best practices.
- Execute diagnostic and system performance reporting using proprietary tools.
