Requirements

- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Ability to manage multi-workstream engagements.
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
- Experience coordinating with delivery partners and subcontractors.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience in data protection or resilient offerings preferred.
- Available for 20-30% business travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements including onboarding, implementation, and consulting.
- Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate technical alignment across on-premises and cloud environments with Enterprise Architects.
- Manage multi-workstream engagements, planning, milestones, and RAID logs.
- Facilitate structured program governance and steering reviews.
- Manage delivery partners and subcontractors to ensure quality and accountability.
- Drive stakeholder and change management activities for customer adoption.
- Lead Technical Program Management activities and support revenue growth objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support delivery process standardization.
