Requirements
- Successful track record of leadership in a global, complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience building and managing offshore Center of Excellence models.
- Deep technical expertise in Content and Information Management technologies (IDP, ECM, BPM).
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior technical leaders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work across various time zones.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global Technical Strategy to drive operational performance of the Global Center of Excellence.
- Manage the PS Technology Office, PS Technical Delivery, and the PS Center of Excellence teams.
- Partner with Regional Professional Services Directors, Global Engineering, and Enterprise Information Technology.
- Align future solution roadmaps and ensure standard design patterns for customer implementations.
- Define and improve global best practice standards for technical configuration and testing.
- Ensure all solutions meet rigorous Information Security and organizational standards.
- Lead a diverse, global workforce and act as an intellectual peer to Engineering and Information Security leaders.
