Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT Business applications or similar related experience.
- Proven experience in public safety software integration and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of business processes.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Experience in Business Process Re-engineering related to software applications.
- Familiarity with Windows-based Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), and XML.
- Experience with Google Docs and Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering or related field or 3+ years experience in a public safety IT field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and discovery events.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate business process reengineering and workflow changes.
- Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum and instructional materials.
- Define, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Act as a liaison between technical resources, engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with project managers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Present analysis results and project updates to stakeholders.
