Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in market access, payer engagement, or health economics.
- Strong understanding of commercial payer reimbursement and risk-bearing methodology.
- Proven experience in account management and health system navigation.
- Financial analysis and economic modeling skills.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Engage with C-suite level decision makers at Risk-based organizations (RBO).
- Maximize understanding and demonstrate clinical and economic value of vaccine products.
- Develop and update targeting and profiling for the US West region.
- Map decision-making flows within target RBOs.
- Analyze alternative payment structures and care delivery models.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies based on data and cross-functional intelligence.
- Lead cross-functional relationships with internal teams including Account Management and Pricing.
- Implement health economic and outcomes research for key customers.
