Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
  • Proven track record of closing deals and successfully acquiring new clients
  • Proficient in managing client relationships and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Previous experience working the graveyard shift

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing new clients
  • Identify and target businesses that can benefit from offshore staffing solutions
  • Conduct discovery calls, present service offerings, and handle objections
  • Develop and refine sales scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Maintain and manage pipeline in CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications
  • Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Proactively communicate updates, gather feedback, and address client needs
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
  • Own revenue targets and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion
