Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
- Proven track record of closing deals and successfully acquiring new clients
- Proficient in managing client relationships and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Previous experience working the graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing new clients
- Identify and target businesses that can benefit from offshore staffing solutions
- Conduct discovery calls, present service offerings, and handle objections
- Develop and refine sales scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Maintain and manage pipeline in CRM
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Proactively communicate updates, gather feedback, and address client needs
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
- Own revenue targets and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion
