Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead beyond direct reporting lines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic account management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
