Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Previous sales experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead beyond direct reporting lines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with strategic account management processes and methodologies.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions addressing client pain points.
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions within budget and on time.
- Create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and market trends.
