Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their influence on buyer behavior
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and build reports
  • Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Prior experience working fully remote
  • Fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience working with US- or UK-based companies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals, ICPs, and SaaS buyer journeys
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, and select in-person events
  • Translate complex SaaS and AI value propositions into high-performing, conversion-focused campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to define ICPs, manage lead lifecycle stages, and improve pipeline conversion rates
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, forecasts, and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Analyze performance using full-funnel metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Run continuous experimentation and A/B testing across channels and AI-driven use cases
  • Manage external vendors and agencies supporting paid media, content syndication, and campaign execution
  • Ensure data integrity, consistent attribution, and reliable reporting across marketing and revenue systems
