Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and past patients to schedule evaluations.
- Conduct relationship-based phone conversations focused on building trust.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients.
- Handle objections empathetically.
- Schedule qualified evaluations directly into the clinic calendar.
- Maintain detailed records and hygiene within Go High Level (GHL).
- Submit detailed end-of-day reports.
- Review call recordings to improve performance.
- Participate in weekly coaching and team meetings via video.
