Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads and past patients to schedule evaluations.
  • Conduct relationship-based phone conversations focused on building trust.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective patients.
  • Handle objections empathetically.
  • Schedule qualified evaluations directly into the clinic calendar.
  • Maintain detailed records and hygiene within Go High Level (GHL).
  • Submit detailed end-of-day reports.
  • Review call recordings to improve performance.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and team meetings via video.
