Requirements
- Onshore residency in Dallas, Denver, Boston, Portland, or Houston.
- Proven ability to work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule including split shifts.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- High empathy and genuine passion for pet care.
- Natural closer instinct with confidence in guiding decisions.
- High level of organization and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a closing role or high-volume sales environment preferred.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant to pet parents to provide expert service recommendations.
- Manage inbound inquiries with speed and precision to guide customers to a confirmed booking.
- Execute the close by setting up customer accounts and completing reservations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of pet service providers to provide authoritative advice.
- Meet and exceed KPIs focused on conversion rates and total bookings.
- Provide 8am–8pm coverage via a structured shift schedule.
