Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Capacity to work during 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST.
- Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day client relationships.
- Proficiency with virtual office technology.
- Commitment to data confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Support client onboarding processes.
- Execute AP/AR management, bookkeeping entries, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with managers and team associates.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships.
- Identify and recommend service improvements for clients.
- Participate in recurring video team meetings.
- Learn and utilize new technology for client solutions.
- Implement coaching and feedback to meet performance goals.
