Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for company offsites and events.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional demand planning process for multiple key regions, developing and maintaining a rolling 18-month forecast for revenue and shipment volumes.
- Lead regional demand reviews with multiple sales partners to align on forecast updates, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales to capture market insights, promotions, new distribution, and other assumptions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance.
- Analyze historical data, current performance, and consumption to produce an objective, data-driven forecast.
- Support and contribute towards the enhancement and implementation of forecasting tools, processes, and data quality.
- Create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to support Demand Planning and cross-functional teams.
