Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing traffic/project coordination or QA/compliance operations.
- Experience in a regulated category like SEC/securities, financial services, healthcare, pharma, or legal.
- Obsessive attention to detail for proofing and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to build QA, compliance, and version-control workflows (connectors/agents).
- Near-native written English proficiency.
- Stack fluency with tools like HubSpot, Planable, Notable, or Asana.
- Strict discipline regarding UTM-taxonomy.
- Must have a valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 4 times per year.
- Reliable remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Own the Dailies/status tracker to ensure project visibility and movement.
- Route briefs, assets, and approvals between EVP, the pod, and vendors.
- Perform end-to-end testing of emails, SMS, and campaign forms.
- Verify UTM parameters against taxonomy across all paid channels.
- Steward regulatory approval chains and ensure fund artifacts are reviewed by legal.
- Push approved assets live and enforce version control in publishing stacks.
- Hold the distributed marketing team accountable for hours and output.
- Document QA and compliance standards to ensure operational consistency.
- Assemble weekly stats and reconcile editorial and traffic calendars.
