Requirements
- Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning)
- Proficiency with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a consulting role
- Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimizations
- Hands-on experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch
- Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Experience communicating/teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using Mosaic AI research techniques
- Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains
- Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap
