Requirements
- BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Extremely collaborative, working closely as part of a team and with other departments.
- Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and copywriting standards across various platforms.
- Able to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience planning and executing industry events, tradeshows, or speaking engagements.
- Strong inclination for organization, process adherence, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to manage and execute an annual marketing plan that achieves business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that include content, direct mail, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Act as liaison with business and sales leaders to target opportunities for content development and marketing innovation.
- Build trusted, influential relationships with peers, sales leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Create content management strategy to ensure messaging is clear, engaging, relevant, consistent, and actionable.
- Support thought leadership program to increase brand recognition and build credibility.
- Maintain product positioning framework based on new-to-market innovation.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to gain speaking engagements, awards, and endorsements.
- Coordinate logistics of tradeshow and speaking engagements.
- Identify and analyze key performance indicators for campaigns and public relations.
