Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or GTM roles.
- Genuine culinary fluency and understanding of food, cooking, and the food media landscape.
- Demonstrated experience developing customer-led, insight-driven marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to translate culinary trends into actionable marketing strategy.
- Strong experience developing clear integrated briefs.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing (digital, social, email, in-store).
- Experience supporting seasonal or quarterly GTM planning.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical, AI-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing strategies for culinary programs, cooking classes, and culinary-led experiences.
- Translate customer behavior, class performance data, and culinary trends into focused strategies.
- Serve as internal culinary authority, tracking food trends, ingredient moments, and chef culture.
- Identify culinary trends and translate them into marketing opportunities.
- Develop and own integrated briefs for culinary initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Social, PR, Site, Email, Store Ops, and Culinary teams.
- Support quarterly and seasonal GTM planning.
- Track performance of culinary marketing initiatives to optimize future planning.
