- Own and evolve the ThoughtExchange brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards across all channels and touchpoints
- Produce and manage a high-volume content calendar spanning social media, email, blog, and campaign assets, leveraging AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality
- Design and produce on-brand marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Claude Design
- Partner with the Sales team to develop collateral, enablement materials, and campaign assets that support pipeline and conversion
- Work with Product to translate features and roadmap into compelling customer-facing narratives
- Engage with customers to surface stories, testimonials, and use cases that fuel content and brand credibility
- Identify, evaluate, and operationalize AI tools that improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and content production
- Analyze performance across channels and use data to continuously improve content strategy and creative execution
