Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or trading environments.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Prior experience in proprietary trading, brokerage, or trading technology.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, risk systems, and operational processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executive and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining KPIs and operational success metrics.
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and product discovery.
Responsibilities
- Execute roadmap planning across customer-facing, backend, CRM, and risk systems.
- Partner with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders on priorities and execution planning.
- Drive product discovery, requirement gathering, and feature definition.
- Translate operational and business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Participate in prioritization discussions balancing business impact and technical considerations.
- Identify and implement process and platform workflow improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and platform usage metrics to inform decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and industry research.
