Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management.
  • 3+ years leading and scaling PM teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in energy markets (demand response, DER participation, energy storage, or grid services).
  • Proven track record shipping customer-facing products at scale.
  • Experience turning data-intensive, financially driven relationships into self-serve products.
  • Player-coach orientation with ability to lead teams while staying close to the craft.
  • Fluency in turning economic complexity into trust.
  • Experience integrating AI tools and practices into a product organization.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional influencing skills at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy across the customer experience including dispatch, performance, settlement, and financial transparency.
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers as a player-coach, fostering a culture of ownership and velocity.
  • Build a customer experience that scales, shifting from high-touch service to self-serve product.
  • Collaborate with market platform PM, engineering, design, and energy markets to ship solutions at scale.
  • Balance long-term strategy with hands-on product design, discovery, and experimentation.
  • Own metrics such as customer engagement, retention, settlement accuracy, and value per MW.
