Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years in a dedicated leadership or people-management role within a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience scaling products from early traction to significant market share in complex ecosystems.
- Expert-level ability to query data, define KPIs, and use BI tools.
- Ability to distill complex technical or business trade-offs into clear, actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of system dynamics and how product changes affect user behavior and business health.
Responsibilities
- Defining and evangelizing the product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with Hiive’s long-term business goals and marketplace dynamics.
- Partnering with the Director of Product Design and Engineering leadership to optimize the SDLC, ensuring a seamless flow from discovery to delivery.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and scaling a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of rigorous thinking, data-informed decision-making, and 'extreme ownership.'
- Acting as the primary bridge between Product and cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful GTM execution.
- Implementing and refining mental models for prioritization.
- Establishing a gold standard for how the team uses data to validate hypotheses and measure the ROI of shipped features.
