Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
- Ability to build a clean, dynamic three-statement model from scratch.
- Deep fluency in SaaS metrics.
- Strong analytical instincts with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Clear, confident communication skills for non-finance audiences.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or BI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- CFA or MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company's integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Build and refine scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and fundraising.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
- Track actuals vs. plan and surface insights on variances.
- Develop financial models for headcount planning, go-to-market investment, and operational efficiency.
- Own core SaaS metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Serve as an embedded finance partner for department heads across G&A and Product.
