Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and model design.
- Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive deck design.
- Experience with FP&A/CPM platforms such as Prophix, Jedox, or Anaplan.
- Proficiency with ERP/financial systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Ability to read/write basic SQL or work with SQL-like query environments.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI).
- Practical experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and administer FP&A planning models, reporting structures, workflow processes, and system documentation.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, actual results, KPIs, revenue trends, and cost drivers.
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and financial storyboards.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from D365 F&O, Salesforce, and data warehouses.
- Use SQL and Power BI to obtain data and build reliable reporting datasets.
- Apply responsible AI practices to accelerate routine FP&A work.
- Support monthly close analysis, audit requests, and special projects.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to leadership.
